According to the notes on Bandcamp: "The first 2 discs are being replaced with more authentic vinyl versions of the source albums. This was a CD version of the vinyl box set previously released by Vinyl On Demand. The track listing is different."

Comes with a booklet in PDF format, with the same content than in Severed Heads - Adenoids 1977-1985.
