In a fold-over printed paper sleeve with silver details on front (screw heads, oval around band name, silhouettes) and rear (stars). Comes with a double-size photocopied folded insert with lyrics, credits, and photos. Some copies also came with a bio insert.

According to Amy Pickering's list on the Southern Records site (http://www.southern.com/southern/label/DIS/complete.html), 1st pressing was limited to 1000 with a silver-colored woodcut on the front sleeve, 500 of which had a red and green label.

Track A recorded 12/90 at Upland Studios.
Track B recorded 11/90 at the McDonald basement, vocals and mix at Upland 12/90.

Side A is listed on the label as side 1, while side B is listed on the label as side 2.
