Reissues tracks from Shell Shock 7" (1981), No Holds Barred 7" (1986), Whites Of Their Eyes LP (1986), More Gore LP (1988) and an unreleased song. The cover notes incorrectly state that the 2 EP's are entirely included, but the versions of "Slipping Through My Fingers" and "My Brain Is Jelly" are actually taken from the later albums rather than the 7"s. "More Gore" and "Get With It" are incorrectly listed as unreleased whereas they are, in fact, taken from the "More Gore" album. The only unreleased song is "Poison Candy". All the tracks run a little bit faster than on the original releases - background hiss suggests that the original master tapes weren't used.
