"Tip-on" style jacket with professionally printed front and back sheets. Came with ledger-sized (11"x17") folded lyrics.
Greyish replacement 11"x11" photocopy sheets with somewhat smaller images were made for some unsold original disks at some time prior to the early 1990s. These were shrink-wrapped but not fully glued down. The photocopied lyrics with these copies may also be also later printings.

Gary Klebe was living in France at the time this was recorded and he is the "One in Versailles"
