Instinct/Fax USA reissue of the first two "Silence" albums that were originally released in 1992 and 1993, respectively. The second disc includes the track "What is Time?", which didn't feature on the initial "Silence II" release, but was added here and also on the Ambient World reissue.
Further, the initial "Silence II" has an unedited version of 2-2, "Heaven", with a duration of 22:55.
