This is the US card sleeve release. The European release comes in a Digipak. The discs are identical.

After initial production began by Ba Da Bing!, the album was ultimately released by Shrimper. Stickers were added to the shrinkwrap (therefore some copies may be missing this) on the back cover with Shrimper covering Ba Da Bing! as the label (see images).
