All material previously unreleased and recorded between 1999 and 2001 (with the exception of B3, which was released in 1998 on a limited edition cassette named Data Tracks (a.d.s.r. 006).)

There is a locked groove after track B4.
After the locked groove there is an additional uncredited track B5, a cover version of "Planet Earth", originally by Duran Duran.

Also released on CD as Skanfrom - Hand-Picked Fragments with a different track-order and a total of 20 tracks, compiling all tracks from this LP (except B5) and tracks from previously released 7", EPs, 12" and splits.
