The logo on the photo of the disc reveals this is either a simultaneous issue on Time Bomb Records in Japan with the Discord Records (USA) release, or a Japanese re-release of the latter. Also, the release number illustrated, "BOMB 128", falls within the catalog number sequence of Time Bomb Records of Japan.

Finally, although the split EP BOMB 128 is no longer available at the Time Bomb Records (2) website, this split 45RPM single, BOMB-028-3, with two songs from the EP by each band (Make Up/Slant6 [sic]), is still available as of 03-04-2017:
