Tracks 1 and 2 were just testing equipment/sound before live performance in '93.
Track 3 was recorded live in 1993 at the first Slave Labor performance in Houston, TX at Harvey's Club Deluxe. At the time, Slave Labor was supposed to be a minimal project, static noise. However with the assistance of Macronympha in other releases, the sound quickly changed to more dense junk noise.
