Even though no country of origin is documented it is most likely that this record comes from South Korea.

Front cover has the regular Artwork, whereas the back cover shows lyrics an additional notes.

It seems doubtful that it's an official release for 3 reasons:

1) the reversed IRS man without the IRS logo or anything else that correctly refers to IRS.
2) The labels look like xeroxed and edited copies on green or red paper.
3) No Information on the origin of the record.
