Incomplete concert recorded live at the Brixton Academy, London, November 9, 1994.

Taken from the BBC radiobroadcast, the show is missing "Killing Fields", "War Ensemble" and "At Dawn They Sleep" (played before "Spirit In Black"), "Seasons In The Abyss" (played after "Dead Skin Mask") and the three encore tracks '"213", "Hell Awaits" and "Chemical Warfare").

"Spirit In Black", "Mind Control" and "Raining Blood" are listed on the back cover "Spirits In Black", "Mint Con-Trol" and "Reign In Blood".

"At Dawn They Sleep" and "Dead Skin Mask" from the same concert were officially released on some pressings of the Serenity In Murder single.
