Initially intended as 500 copies exclusive to pre-order via Cargo Records but a further 500 purple vinyl were pressed and distributed to retail. The 500 pre-order copies were mailed out packaged with a sheet of stickers, added post-manufacture. Evidently some were omitted and perhaps a few discarded within their mail packaging.
