This first edition of the release was not pressed correctly, causing the first track to be missing its first few minutes. Approximately 100 of this version was released to the public, and the rest were destroyed.

Track 0 is hidden in the pregap.
Track 7 consists of 7:59 of music followed by 3:33 of silence.
Track durations printed on inside front cover almost coincide except Track 1 as 11:55, Track 7 as 7:59,

This version play all the way through continues without any breaks between tracks.

Label side on this version with Clear/Mirrored finish.

From the liner notes: "As an exercise in sample manipulation, DWM draws exclusively from source audio generated by swinging a cheap microphone in front of a misfiring heating unit, itself congested with the fibrous dust of advanced decrepitude and exhuming a near death-rattle from its fractured internal respiritory systems."
