This is the only first pressing with the original tracklisting.

"Purity" is a track that was written for Slipknot's self-titled album. It appeared as track 9 on the album. The track was removed from the album and replaced with "Me Inside" due to lawsuit.

The prelude to "Purity", entitled "Frail Limb Nursery", has remained unreleased ever since being removed from the album.
After "Scissors" there are few minutes of silence, then dialog, then "Eeyore" ends record.

Printed colored inner sleeve with recess at the insertion side.
Labeling side A and side B contained in the outer circular text of the label.
