First Japanese issue, in jewel case with white tray and obi. Four page double-gatefold cover insert includes personnel credits in English. An additional eight-panel fold-out insert includes liner notes in Japanese and lyrics in English. Tracks 13 and 14 are bonus tracks.

• Recorded and mixed at Idea of East Recording, Halifax. Additional recording and mixing at Tiny Town Studio, Toronto. Mastered at Sterling Sound, NYC.
• The bonus tracks are different recordings to those previously released as a single in 1995.
• "Stood Up" is an original song - not a cover of the song of the same title written by Matthew Grimson which Sloan recorded on their 1997 pseudo-live album.
• The second, 1998 Japanese edition omitted the two bonus tracks and replaced them with the entirety of the Recorded Live At A Sloan Party set.
