Tops of the CDs are unprinted/unlabelled, with the band names and number (formatted as "#___ of 50") hand-written onto each disc in green fine-tipped marker. Inside of the covers has both bands song titles, Sloth lineup/contact info/credits, Traumatogenic Records logo, and additional Raging Retards art with the words "WARNING: Raging Retards Might Be Un-Healthy To Your Stereo".

Sloth's "St.Vitus Cover" is a joke cover of the 1986 Saint Vitus song "Dying Inside".
Sloth's "Ugly Town" is a joke cover of the 1979 Lipps, Inc. song "FunkyTown".
