Originally self-released in winter 1996, these first four original tracks are met on the flip with a pure noise wall, recorded in 2018,+ representative of Sloth's current output.

While only "Keyboard Song" (track 3) had its title listed on the original release, "Getting Ready For Christmas (It's About Malt Liquor!)" (track 4) had its title revealed on the 2nd version of the "It's Not Our Worst... A.K.A. Progression?" CD, and the titles "Death Calls" (track 1) and "California" (track 2) was later revealed by the band. However on this tape all songs are listed as "Untitled".
