Columbia Pitman variation, with label typesetting and layout differences from Columbia Terre Haute pressing including producer credit on two lines rather than three.

Lacquers with machine-stamped matrix numbers mastered at Columbia Recording Studios; those with hand-etched matrix numbers mastered at Sterling Sound. Most copies have lacquers from former on one side and latter on the other, and later pressings have lacquers from latter firm on both sides.

This typesetting variant also on vinyl pressings from Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria, with differences in matrix/runout info and 'S' within deadwax.
