Tracks 9, 10, 13 to 16: recorded 10 November 1967 at Middle Earth, London, UK.
Track 14 - This is an instrumental interpretation by Mike Ratledge based on the chord sequence of the middle section of the Kevin Ayers song 'May I?'.

Track 2-14 wrongly titled "Esther's Nose Job" is in fact an Improvisation followed by "10:30 Return To The Bedroom"
