Memory Does Not Pass is a collection of studies in dissolving rhythm & voice set against environment, time, & connection to those who have come before and the echoes of their existence. These experiments were conducted on opposite sides of the planet over the tail end of 2022, where electronic reductionist Soft Places documented the search for organic touch in a digital reality. The results, as you will hear, are sounds that wash over & reach back into time like water's ability to fill space, like memory's ability to hold on.
