"Heavy Birth" is about 4:46 long, then there is a bass solo going into "2 Fisted"; These two tracks are listed as Heavy Birth/2 Fisted on the rear cover.

My copy's booklet only has printed lyrics for "Mandog", "Black Unholy Ground", "Suspicious Tower", & "2 Fisted". Does any one else have more? Is mine a defect?
