Release contains all the band's previously published recordings, plus their very last recording, "Skull Alcoholic", which is previously unreleased.

1-2 to 1-8 previously released as "On" (1997)
1-9 to 2-3 previously released as "Trance!!" (1999)
2-4 to 2-11 previously released as "Next World News" (2000)

These albums were originally released on CD in Japan by the Gyokumon label. "On" was also licensed by Crucial Blast.

Packaged in a slim double jewel case inside a deluxe die-cut Solar Anus card slipcover. The accompanying 12 page booklet contains psychedelic collage art and the band's previous album covers.

Disc 2 has indexing errors- instead of playing through seamlessly, tracks 2-4 to 2-11 have gaps of silence between them. To rectify this problem, the label offered a corrected replacement disc to those who purchased the misprinted version and also provided the corrected disc (in addition to the misprinted disc) to those who purchased after the problem had been identified.

Track durations do not appear on the release.
