This release has a blank black label on the artwork side.

Custom fold-over sleeve; back of sleeve hand-cut with pinking shears, a trademark of sorts for many K releases.
Both tracks appear one side of the single; flip side features a line drawing of water, and the handwritten word "Land.", both in gold paint marker. Gold star stickers are also affixed to the blank side of the single. There may be copies that have blue star stickers on the blank side.
