Typewritten/printed covers, white plain tapes with a single handwritten label on the A-side.

Although it isn't listed on the cover, Side B is opened up with a keyboard/organ introduction before "Dominion". During many live shows, as well as only other time "Dominion" was released, on the "Bootleg 3/26/98" , it had a keyboard/organ intro as well, but a different one. That instrumental, "The New Beginning" was later recorded as the outro for the "Awakening the Crown" album, but the instrumental intro before the Rehearsal 7/5/1996 version of "Dominion", is different, and has never been released any other time.
