Extremities does not contain any audio data, just the installer.

All four CDs come in jewel cases inside a box, with a separate booklet for Quake 2.

Asia-Pacific edition - not for sale in North America or Europe.

The Reckoning is a compilation of selected tracks from Quake II and Ground Zero.

CD1 uses the same back insert as the original 1997 commercial release, but has a different front insert with an updated copyright notice. CD4 is pulled from American and Canadian stock and uses those countries' catalogue numbers.
