This is a rare Japan-only Sega Dreamcast release sold exclusively for 2 days from June 23-24, 2001. The set came in a slip case, with the Dreamcast game "Sonic Adventure 2" which had/has hyper sticker "10th Anniversary Sonic - The Hedgehog" (similar design to the emblem on the box) and a blue padded cardboard trifold package having a golden "Sonic 10th Anniversary" emblem on front. The box is housing the CD, a collectible coin and a small booklet with a raised Sonic 10th Anniversary emblem on the front.

Cat# "673-02942" appears on CD and "653-10015" appears on the box. "675-0499" appears on CD booklet.
