Soul for Real's third album Heat reveals the growth that the band experienced in the three-year interim since For Life. A more diverse outing than their previous works, Heat's songs reflect the romantic side of the four Dalyrimple brothers with "Into You" and "I Want You," their upbeat side on "Can't Wait" and "Party All Night," as well as their serious side on songs like "Hymn."
