Track 7 ancient song, recorded live at The Kikker (Utrecht) okt'89 during a concert consisting of early material (many never recorded) and covers; the occasion took place under the name Men Overboard
Track 8 recorded at The Fort in the autumn of '86 as part of the opera All and More
Track 9 same as 8. screaming females were taped from several B-movies; the opera was never released or performed in its original form, several songs later showed up on the album North

Track 14 recorded at The Melkweg (Amsterdam) feb'88; after the concert at Sneek (see 6.) Spasmodique and Umerto [sic] di Bosso e Compadres did a mutual tour, calling themselves The Howling

Track 16 recorded on 4-track recorder at The Fort april'91; guitars by Hans Brussee (rhythm) and Niek den Brave (lead) who joined the band after Arjo left in july'90
Track 17 same as 16. both guitarplayers left shortly after these recordings, to be succeeded by Raymond Gerrits on leadguitar (with Mark back on rhythm)
