302 - caramel (100 w/ AC/DC Hellfest cover)
100 - limited web version (Came with mail in voucher for the originally intended die cut cover)

Supposedly this was to come out in 1996. The company making the die cut covers for the split ripped Edison off. The records were thrown in a box and shelved until 2008.
