The artwork on the Spazz side of the cover is taken from the Hirax album Hirax - Raging Violence, with the band names switched out.

"Dying World (Shock)" originally appeared on the "Blasted In Bangkok" 3-song demo tape, recorded on September 17th 1987 at Spot Studios. The other 2 songs, "Fear The War Within", and "The Beginning Of The End" were released on the Blasted In Bangkok 7".
