DVD 1 is a professionally recorded, 80 minute live concert, on 29 December 2005 at the Spermbirds' hometown, Kaiserslautern where the band celebrated their 20 year anniversary with over 1200 fans; the live recording also includes interview footage of fans who attended. The DVD also includes a photo and poster gallery from 1984 to 2006.DVD 2, "Me And My People", is a documentary made by the band; loads of interview footage as well as live footage, starting from 1984 through the early days of the band, the "Set An Example" Tour in 2004, the "Nothing To Prove" Tour in South Africa in 2005, and the Spain Tour in 2006.
