The Artwork photo is about the trial of Ted Bundy back in 1979 : the bite mark on one of the victims, was the decisive evidence for being convict .
Lake Sammamish is a first rough version i also did with Nate with different name ; it is also one of the the first locations were the people saw Bundy driving a light brown Volkswagen Beetle, and then going around with a cast arm.
The track Helvete is of course about the very infamous " inner circle " in Norway - you can ear samples from those years, taken from local radio, or Burzum interviews.
