Issued in a cardboard sleeve. Printed in U.S.A. but incorporates a printed image of the Canadian Home Video "PG" rating in the lower right of the reverse side of the slipcase, making it specifically intended for sale in the Canadian Anglophone market. Tape label is screen-printed and not printed on a paper sticker, unlike the US version. A separate version in French packaging with French dubbing was manufactured for the Canadian Francophone market.

"Exclusive! This video includes extra concert footage never before seen!" refers to the performance of "Mama" at the Royal Albert Hall added at the end of the full-length feature film.

A limited run of copies were issued with a bonus movie poster, the reverse side of which incorporates a facsimile of the rear cover, including the Canadian Home Video "PG" rating icon.
