This EMI Uden pressing, intended for distribution across mainland Europe (but also supplemented the UK supply), is identified as "Made in Holland" on the disc label. Compared to the UK pressing, this pressing features a highly pixelated and blocky version of the disc artwork. Apart from this, there are no other artwork differences between this and the UK; the inserts are universal to both, and so have "Printed in the UK" on the front insert.

Copies distributed within the Netherlands originally have two stickers affixed to the back of the jewel case: one with catalogue number ("SGPC 97") and barcode ("8 715600 22180") information, and another one with a notice stating "This CD is subject to a The Netherlands handling charge of Dfl. 3,95 SGPC 97 H"
