Extra material explained:
"This Is Spinal Tap - Up To 11": A short film from 2009 with clips from the movie and interviews with rock musicians, journalists, actors, comedians and TV-presenters. Examples: Ricky Gervais, Martin Freeman and Kings of Leon.
"Sprinke some ****in' fairy dust on it" is a short film about "The Troggs Tapes" a bootleg full of swearing.
"The Return of Spinal Tap" seems to be the same material as in 1992 release "A Spinal Tap Reunion: The 25th Anniversary Sellout".
The 1 hour 08 minutes deleted scenes has A LOT of content that is not very well described by its titles. Most of it is not filled with bloopers and laughter, although some of that is also there.
"Heavy Metal Memories" is a mockumercial in the fashion of a cheap 80's infomercial.
The content of the segment "Go To 11" i'll let you guys find out for yourselves. It's a kind of easter egg type of thing.
