Tracks 1 to 3 were recorded live in Munchen (Munich), Germany during 1995.
Tracks 4 to 6 were recorded live at the Manly Vale Hotel in Manly Vale, New South Wales, Australia on December 31st 1995 (New Year's Eve).

Track 7 is a cover of the Status Quo song 'Down Down' — the Splatterheads studio recording taken from the Zen 1993 compilation 'The Gospel According To St. Peters (A Sydney Indie Compilation)'.

Tracks 8 to 14 were recorded live at the Great Britain Hotel in Richmond, Victoria, Australia on March 18th 1994.
Track 14 is 4:35 in length, but it's then followed by 2:20 of crowd noise / applause.

This CD is housed in a cardboard gatefold digifile sleeve with a 24-page booklet (the gatefold hinge is across the top edge, so the sleeve opens vertically). Limited edition of ###/500 numbered copies.
