Considered the ‘Jewel In The Crown’ of Squire singles, the record features Kirsty MacColl on vocals, and was also the first recording to feature the 12 String Rickenbacker that became Squire’s trade mark sound!
This special limited edition reissue not only celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the original record release, but is also the first in a series of regular single releases from Hi-Lo Records and Squire that will include previous and unreleased tracks!
Recorded 24th/25th March 1980 at Nova Sound.
Mixed 2nd April at Marcus Studios.
