A three disc release can be located at Candid but that is a Digipak release without a release date although Amazon shows date as 2012. Can't be sure that this CD is part of the newer digipak set.

Therefore, invoking RSG §1.7.6 until someone who has the correct full release will be able to fill the gaps.
