The singles CD2, CD3, CD4 and CD5 are given catalog numbers BIJR013C, BIJR014C, BIJR015C, and BIJR016C respectively. All have "not for sale" written on the disc face.
The lift-off lid box set Includes glitter cover art, two LPs, a full length CD, four picture disc CD singles with bonus tracks, coloring sheet, two full color inner sleeves, a signed postcard of one of the band members, a record review in Japanese by world renown music journalist You Masuda, lyrics in Japanese and one Golden Ticket to any show (with dressing room and/or rehearsal access) the Starbenders play in Japan.
The band stated on Facebook that only six copies were available for purchase by the public through Merch Mountain in the USA.
