Two-piece sleeve made from a square of textured paper printed with an image of a vintage 4-track Ampex reel-to-reel and a separate translucent vellum overlay.
Two versions exist of the overlay:
• Some are stamped "STAR FISH 7" EP 33 RPM ++" and "A TRANCE SynDIcaTE REcOrdInG" in red or black over a silkscreened pink star+fish logo
• Many copies are stamped but lack the silkscreened logo [this]

Side A: "Recorded by Alex Kostelnik in Seattle", marked "4" (for 4-track recordings)
Side B: "Recorded by Brian Fulk in Austin", marked "8" (for 8-track recordings)
