On saturday 21st september 1991, Status Quo, one of Britain's favourite rock bands, secured a Place in the Guinness Book of Records by playing four gigs in under 12 hours.
With the help of Hallam FM, Radio Clyde, BRMB and London's Capital Radio accompanied by Chris Tarrant. Quo played at Sheffield Arena, Glasgow SE&CC, Birmingham NEC, and finally at London's Wembley Arena. This insane bunch of rockers played aprox 4 hours across all 4 shows to an audience in excess of 40 000 fans.
