850 on black vinyl (830 came in the regular/graveyard sleeve, and the leftover 20 copies had either Star Wars(this) or Anime sleeves but were never sold, since there was no 2nd pressing).
150 on transparent red vinyl
The first 50 of the red vinyl came in a special "record release" sleeve with a photo of Madonna wrapped in an American flag, with an actual cloth star cut out from a flag, and they were hand-stamped/numbered.
The remaining red vinyl came in the regular/graveyard sleeve.
With folded lyric insert.
