Like the companion album "Perfection" (released January, 2020), this is a collection of tunes that I've been constructing off and on for several decades. All started as compositions on an Ensoniq EPS 16 Plus, and (much) later the MIDI data was captured in DAW software for further manipulation and enhancement. The synth patches are a combination of the original Ensoniq samples and more recently added virtual synths and samples/percussion.

The album is dominated by a mélange of vintage synths and organic piano, organ, wind and string instruments; the fretless bass features prominently. As is my wont, there is a sprinkling of audio samples and "Blessed Are the Witches..." features a love spell performed by Anne Feinsod.

As I listen to these (instrumental) tunes over the course of the album it reminds me of a soundtrack from a never-realized film (thus the peculiar title). I hope that you'll enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed imagining and creating.
