Recorded 1990 (11), 1993 (3), 1996 (5, 6, 10), 1997 (4, 9), 1998 (1, 2, 7) and 2003 (8).

Previously published (minus track 6) in 2004 in two limited and numbered editions (100 copies and 250 copies) on Headphone Dust (HDSWCD10) as CDrs. These CDrs came with an original polaroid print by Lasse Hoile and were signed by Steven Wilson.

Actual duration of Track 11 is 12:15: after 10:25 follows a gap (1:08) till 11:33 and then starts a hidden track 'Virgin Commercial' (0:42).
