The inside of the picture sleeve states the EP was recorded and mixed in four hours at Art Of Ears Studio in San Francisco on May 29, 1988. Picture sleeve unfolds to reveal lyrics for each song plus photos of the band and drawings. Cover design credited to a "Willie Nelson" but not the famous country singer with the same name.

This is the version with blue cover and blue multicolored vinyl, numbered out of 13 and bought so directly from Chris Dodge.
