Tracks 1-7 were recorded during Sting's second Timothy White Session in June 1993. This was a couple of months after the release of the album Ten Summoner's Tales (which was released in March 1993). Tracks 8-16 were recorded during Sting's first Timothy White Session in March 1991. Both sessions were recorded in Chicago and were broadcasted by several U.S. radio stations.
