This is a 12" laquer from the mastering suite at the Stockholm Polar Studios. The actual size of this laquer is 12" but it's for the 7" edition so it's only cut from half way in, just like a 7" single would be. Lacquers are shipped to cutters, who cut the audio grooves into the lacquer and use it to make a “master” plate, which is then used to make the stampers that are sent to pressing plants, where they're used to finally produce a vinyl disc. It is playable but doesn't hold up for as many plays as a standard vinyl. The laquer comes in a 12" company sleeve from Polar Music Studios. Very, very rare. Probably only one made.
