Found tacked on the end of the original DAT tape for Fraughman's FIST15. A slightly different mixdown of 'POLIS' from Sub-Urbane's 'Mechanical Propaganda Device EP' (FIST13). This is a loud and abrasive mono mixdown recorded through an auto-level mic input to give it extra roughness!
