Confusingly Ultimate issued this promo single for the mail order single with a different catalogue number to the actual release (topp 014). The labels of this black vinyl 7" (the release was clear vinyl) were stamped in purple with the band logo on one side, and with track list and other details in turquoise on the other. It came with a press release, sticker and postcard.
