The LP came with CDr inside, with the same songs. CDr comes in a plain generic paper sleeve.A few original copies of the LP came with a mail-in certificate, that you could mail in to receive a free copy of the CD, that were sold at shows before the CDs arrived from the manufacturer.
This release was also available on CD [standalone], also from Arbco, and on cassette, from Epic Fail Audio cassettes.
